Rapid Protos (RPS) is a one-stop metal and plastic prototype and OEM parts manufacturing company, founded in 2002, located in Longhua District, Shenzhen. After several years of development, it has become a high-tech enterprise integrating product development, manufacturing, sales and service. It has passed ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO13485 and other international quality management system certifications. We have been cooperating with companies in the fields of automotive, aerospace, robotics, medical, drones, lasers, industrial automation and consumer electronics for many years.
We started providing online parts manufacturing services to global customers in 2020.
RPS is a company composed of more than 100 experienced professional technicians. Since its establishment in 2002, we have gradually introduced advanced CNC lathes, milling machines, five-axis CNC, 3D printing, sheet metal stamping, laser cutting, welding, die casting and other equipment and manufacturing technologies. At present, the company has a manufacturing plant of more than 5,000 square meters, with a total of more than 80 advanced equipment. Since 2018, the company has formed a comprehensive manufacturer service network with more than 50 strong custom parts manufacturing factories to fully guarantee customer orders from raw materials to finished product shipments. At present, we provide manufacturing services such as CNC machining, 3D printing, sheet metal processing, injection molding, vacuum casting, various surface treatments and assembly. At the same time, we can use more than 100 types of metals and plastics to customize various parts and products for customers, with a maximum tolerance of 0.005mm in details.
