What is CNC Machining Service ?

CNC Machining Services is a service that uses computer numerical control (CNC) technology to manufacture high-precision parts. CNC machining is widely used in cutting, engraving, drilling and other processes of metals, plastics and other materials, and is suitable for a variety of needs from prototyping to mass production.

How CNC Machine Works ?

Usually the 3D design file will be compiled into the tool cutting path program used by the CNC machine tool, and after the CNC system is started, the CNC program will be distributed to the corresponding tools and machinery. These tools and machinery will perform the assigned cutting tasks. The CNC machining process includes the following stages:

Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create the parts you want to produce

Once the design is complete, CNC programmers write the programs using computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software. The program consists of a series of instructions that instruct the CNC machine how to produce the part.

The operator loads the program and prepares the CNC machine for operation by installing the required cutting tools, workpieces and other necessary components. The machine is also calibrated for accuracy.

Executing the program, the tool starts to move, cuts, shapes, drills or performs other operations on the workpiece until the final part is obtained.

After the machining process is completed, the quality and precision of the finished parts will be checked. Any necessary post-processing operations, such as deburring or polishing, can be performed manually or with other tools.
