RPS is committed to continuously improving and optimizing all custom manufacturing capabilities from prototype to production, and corresponding quality control processes, including CNC machining, 3D printing, sheet metal processing, rapid prototyping and rapid mold injection manufacturing.

We strictly follow the ISO 9001 certified quality management system, based on a series of standardized production procedures and work instructions, and use advanced testing equipment to measure and inspect each production step to ensure that your projects meet strict quality specifications.

Main Phases of Quality Assurance

Before starting production, the account manager will confirm the details of your part design, including material type, surface finish, tolerance, surface treatment, structure, manufacturing process and other details of 3D and 2D drawings.

On-site inspection system

In precision machining, it is important that the type of material being machined is correct. An on-site inspection system is equipped to automatically check the processing parameters and processes and make corresponding adjustments.

Process Quality Control

At Rapid Protos, we strictly adhere to the ISO9001:2015 quality management system requirements. Each process is signed and confirmed before entering the next process, and unqualified semi-finished products are repaired or scrapped according to the process to prevent the occurrence of unqualified products.

Full Size Inspection Report
We use the right tools. Includes tools such as height gauges, 2D projectors, tool microscopes, micrometers, coordinate measuring machines, and more. For all orders, we can provide a full-scale inspection report upon drawing request. The report will include the following: part count, critical dimensions, threads and tolerances, thickness and depth, part appearance, etc.
