At RPS(Rapid-Protos), we understand that your 3D data and designs are invaluable to your business. That’s why we take the security of your intellectual property rights (IPR) and personal information very seriously. We encrypt all files transferred using SSL to ensure they cannot be intercepted when uploaded to our servers. All information and any files you upload to our platform are securely stored and only shared within our organization with those employees who need access to it to manufacture your parts.
In addition, we will not disclose any data (including 3D CAD data), documents, drawings and specifications, and your telephone and email addresses provided by you, except to its affiliates, suppliers and contractors as necessary, otherwise we will not Disclose and shall cause its employees, suppliers and contractors not to disclose to produce, ship and sell parts to you, and to improve our products and services. We ensure the confidentiality of your entire order. If you want extra assurance, we can sign a non-disclosure agreement.
We may report any violations of our customers’ intellectual property rights that come to our attention. This includes, but is not limited to, counterfeit parts, misappropriation of trade secrets, and infringement of patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
